Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kanegdo (the “Service”) operated by Leporia (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Kanegdo

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. If you use Kanegdo on behalf of a church, ministry, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and session cookies.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, abused, or used to violate these Terms.

3. Connected services (Facebook, etc.)

Kanegdo can publish content to third-party platforms on your behalf when you grant access via OAuth. By connecting a Facebook Page (or any other platform), you authorize us to:

• Read your basic profile and the list of Pages you administer.
• Store an encrypted access token for each Page you select.
• Publish content to those Pages only when you explicitly approve a draft inside Kanegdo.

You can revoke this access at any time by removing the app from your Facebook account settings or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kanegdo to:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes third-party rights.
• Impersonate any person or organization.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or moderation controls.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited mass communications.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Kanegdo. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, format, and display your content solely as necessary to operate the Service (including transmitting it to platforms you have connected, and to AI providers we use to generate drafts on your behalf).

6. AI-generated drafts

Kanegdo uses third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate post drafts. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before approving it for publication. We disclaim liability for content you choose to publish.

7. Service availability

Kanegdo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your profile page or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms or for prolonged inactivity. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; we will delete or anonymize your data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leporia and its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
